Yes. Every product we sell is factory sealed and sourced from authorized distributors — never resealed, never weighed, never tampered with. Sealed boxes stay in their original shrink-wrap from the moment they arrive at our warehouse until they're packed for you.
How do pre-orders work?
Secure your order with a 25% deposit at checkout. The remaining 75% is automatically charged to your original payment method when your item is ready to ship — we'll email you before the balance is processed. You can cancel any time before the balance is charged for a full refund of your deposit.
When will my order ship?
Pre-orders ship within 3 business days of each product's official release date:

• Elite Trainer Box — September 16, 2026
• Booster Bundle — October 2, 2026
• Ultra-Premium Collection (Day & Night) — November 6, 2026

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Orders containing products with different release dates ship together once everything is available — contact us if you'd like split shipping.
How much is shipping inside the USA?
We ship across the United States with tracked delivery on every order. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. [Add your rate/free-shipping threshold here, e.g. "Free shipping on orders over $99."]
What if my parcel is damaged on the way?
Sealed product is packed with protective material to arrive mint. If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes — you can cancel any time before the remaining balance is charged for a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked. If a release date changes, we'll notify you by email and you'll have the option to keep your order or cancel for a full deposit refund.
Do you accept returns on sealed product?
Because trading card products are collectible and value-sensitive, sealed product can only be returned if it's unopened, in original condition, and reported within 14 days of delivery. Opened product can't be returned or refunded. Damaged-in-transit items are always covered — see above.
